The T2 Tibial Nailing System offers options to address very proximal and very distal fractures of the tibia. The most distal hole is centered at 5 mm from the nail tip, to address hard to reach distal fractures.
Various locking modes provide options for stable fixation:
static, transverse/oblique locking.
dynamic locking.
apposition/compression for fracture sites up to 7 mm.
advanced locking for increased rotational stability.
Based on the common instrumentation platform, all cannulated 9-15 mm nails use 5.0 mm locking screws and do not require guide wire exchange after reaming.
Multiple End Caps provide a "best fit" for every indication and prevent bony ingrowth into the driving end for easy nail removal.
